Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the United Kingdom! Orders are shipping in 1 to 3 days, from Monday to Friday. Shipping takes about 4 to 9 days, also from Monday to Friday.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return of your unwanted products for 30 days after receiving them. You do however need to pay for the return costs and are responsible for the return label. Unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong items, those we will replace for free.
When will I get paid after returning my product?
Once we receive your returned item, you will get refunded within 14 days. Check our Return policy for more information.
How can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship our products to the United Kingdom.
What if I receive a defective product?
Rest assured, if you receive a defective product, we'll replace it free of charge but you need to inform us within 30 days of receiving it.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase without any fees.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Customers may return the product after receiving it.

If you can add an item to your cart, it's in stock and ready to be shipped to you.
